Lego Trojan Horse

The Trojan Horse is an episode from the Trojan War about the subterfuge that the Greeks used to enter the city of Troy and win the war.

After a 10-year unsuccessful siege, the Greeks built a huge wooden horse, which hid a force of soldiers inside. The Greeks whose fleet was supposed to sail far away, the Trojans pulled the horse into their city as a victory trophy. That night the Greek force slipped out of the horse and opened the gates for the rest of the Greek army, which had sailed back under cover of night. The Greeks entered and destroyed the city of Troy, ending the war decisively.

Metaphorically a "Trojan horse" has come to mean any trick or ploy that causes a target to invite an enemy into a securely protected location. A malicious computer program that deceives users is also called a “Trojan horse”.
